billing Being a native of Franklin I can say that in my opinion the Franklin DPW does a fine job. The only problem I have with the Franklin DPW concerns service payment options. you can pay by check, through your on line banking system, or you can use DPW online payment service that involves a service charge.

  • Tonya Gattone I had an amazing experience when a friend took me here. The customer service was top notch and the pampering was terrific. I was thrilled with my new do and came out feeling rejuvenated. The downside is there is no way I could afford this place on my own. If they lowered their prices a little they could get a new crop of people to come thru the doors. added 2009-12-20
  • Tonya Gattone I LOVE this location, they are always fast and courteous. My drink always tastes as it should and it is perfect for someone hoofing it downtown. Pitfalls are that there is no drive thru at this location, sort of impossible and that it is pricey around $5 for a specialty drink. I will go again but my budget won"t allow for too often. added 2009-12-20
